ACCELE-TECH (AUSTRALIA) Pty Ltd is committed to engaging in clean technology projects in Victoria.

Our development goal includes the following:

2. The design, aggregation of equipment, supply of test runs and operation kits in composite biochemical treatment engineering projects for high salinity wastewater.


ACCELE-TECH (AUSTRALIA) owes its development potential in Victoria to the wealth of research and industrialisation in ACCELE_TECH Shanghai that has been accumulated over the past decade. We are proud to own our professional research and development team, manufacturing facilities capable of mass production, as well as project execution team with rich expertise.


Through their investigation, Dr. Zhu and his team developed the ACCELE-TECH formula of salt-tolerant microbial strains that solves the technical difficulty in the biochemical treatment of high salinity wastewater. The application of biobase of ACCELE-TECH microbial strains provides a solution, at low cost, to the mutation and degeneration of predominance strains in biochemical tanks. ACCELE-TECH multiphase catalytic reactor is capable to selectively oxidise the heterocyclic compounds and the organic macromolecules in wastewater, producing no chemical sludge, hence no secondary pollutants.


Compared with the conventional technique of the treatment of high salinity wastewater which involves the pre-treatment of MVR distillation plus the traditional biochemical measures, the technique that adopts the composite biochemical process with salt-tolerant microbial strains for high salt wastewater developed by ACCELE-TECH reduces the energy and cost of wastewater treatment by 20-30 percent. In addition, the waste produced in the treatment of wastewater is clearly reduced. Therefore, this new technology is a new environmentally friendly approach to low-carbon and low-pollution.


At present, this new innovative technology has been successfully implemented in many projects in the treatment of high salinity industrial wastewater. The first sample project that can illustrate its success, is the SPH Zhongxi of Shanghai Pharma in its treatment project of high salt wastewater containing high ammonia nitrogen and phenol that has been steadily operating for many years.
